Technology Empowerment, Winning the Future Together Deratech’s 2025 Annual Customer Training Kicks Off

To strengthen customer collaboration and help Deratech clients master the core technologies of sheet metal equipment, Deratech cordially invites customer representatives to attend the 4th Annual Sheet Metal Equipment Training in 2025. This training will be held at Deratech’s Shanghai Factory. Through structured courses and hands-on practice, we aim to usher in a new era of intelligent manufacturing together with our clients. Over three days, with nine intensive sessions, participants will progress from foundational knowledge to advanced skills, gaining a comprehensive understanding of both the theory and practical operation of CNC sheet metal equipment.

This training program is tailor-made for invited customers, featuring a comprehensive curriculum that includes corporate tours, theoretical learning, system programming, hands-on guidance, and skills assessment, ensuring a rich and rewarding experience for all attendees.

 

Course Highlights

• Corporate and Product Introduction:

Experience on-site tours of Deratech’s Shanghai and Taicang factories to observe the entire production process, from raw material preparation to final assembly. These tours will provide customer representatives with a deeper understanding of advanced manufacturing techniques, strict quality management systems, Deratech’s R&D capabilities, and product advantages.

• CNC Press Brake Training:

This module includes theoretical instruction, system operation, and practical exercises. Participants will build a systematic knowledge base, analyze common bending issues and their solutions, and learn how to create bending programs. On-site guidance will cover topics such as selecting the right tools, setting bending angles and speeds, and more. This training ensures attendees fully grasp the operational logic and practical applications of CNC equipment.

• System Programming and Troubleshooting:

Delivered by Deratech’s international after-sales team and technical experts, this course provides in-depth instruction on CNC programming languages and rules. It also covers common equipment faults, their causes, and preventive measures. Participants will gain expertise in solving technical challenges related to programming and equipment maintenance.

• Skills Assessment and Certification:

Participants’ learning outcomes will be evaluated through practical tests. Certificates of completion will be presented by senior company executives.
