As the year draws to a close, in this season of reflection and anticipation, Deratech 2025 Annual Sales Conference was successfully held. Centered on the themes of “Summarizing Experiences, Setting Goals, and Enhancing Capabilities,” the conference fostered in-depth discussions and exchanges, laying a solid foundation for the company’s development in 2025.

The conference was chaired by Chairman Mr Lixin Wang, who provided a comprehensive review of the sales achievements in 2024 and outlined the strategic goals for 2025 based on market trends. Following this, regional sales directors shared their experiences of success and the challenges faced in their respective markets, inspiring the team to approach market strategies from multiple perspectives. Outstanding sales representatives also presented their experiences, offering valuable practical insights and case studies that enriched the team’s knowledge.

The conference not only emphasized experience sharing but also focused on exploring the core competitiveness of products in depth. Detailed analyses of the market competitiveness and future trends of key products, such as CNC press brakes, CNC laser cutting machines, and CNC turret punch presses, were presented. These insights provided the sales team with professional guidance and strong support for market promotion. Additionally, the unveiling of the new “Esa” product stole the spotlight, boosting the team’s confidence in the company’s future market expansion.

Technical training and service enhancements were key components of the conference. The professional presentations by our technical department empowered the sales team, enabling them to better address customer needs. Meanwhile, the after-sales service department proposed a comprehensive improvement plan, highlighting the synergy of “Sales + Service” and laying a strong foundation for improving customer satisfaction.
